Product Introduction

According to the requirements of the product, we design the robot that adopts six-axis robot system equipped with arc welder to complete the welding automatically. The robot uses cylinder or clamp and utilize the leverage principle to fix product. This method can meet the requirement for automatic welding and can guarantee that the robot could weld each part of the product. According to the production efficiency requirement, we design two sets of fixtures. One is used for loading the work piece, the other is used for welding.

 
While the station 1 is being welded, station 2 is being loaded and fixed the work piece synchronously. Two stations work alternately. This machine can achieve automatic welding with manually loading material. It can also improve the welding quality and welding efficiency. What’s more, it can reduce the production cost. The problem of unstable quality and low production efficiency caused by pure manual operation has been solved.
The oldest one is probably the bumper, which stops when it hits me and moves forward when it doesn't hit me. Currently, low-end sweepers use this type of sensor for motion control. On many mobile robots, especially those used in the industrial field, bumpers are also used in conjunction with emergency brake buttons as the last barrier for safety measures. However, this type of sensor is not directly related to AMCL and is not within the scope of this article's explanation.
Various inertial sensors, such as gravity accelerometers, gyroscopes, magnetometers, etc., are currently widely used in mobile robots. A common usage related to AMCL is to convert inertial sensor data into odom data as reference data for positioning filtering.
The most commonly used term is Proximity Sensor, which is a foreign term that is not translated uniformly in Chinese. Some people translate it directly as proximity sensor, some translate it as proximity sensor, and some translate it as near field sensor. The most popular among them is the LiDAR linear radar, which has precise data, high efficiency, and mature technology.
Camera based visual sensors are a new type of positioning sensor and are destined to be the development direction of modern robots. However, currently, it is not the primary source of sensors for positioning algorithms with certain accuracy requirements.
Satellite-based sensors such as GPS have specific positioning algorithms, and with the increasing optimization of satellite technology today, their positioning accuracy is also increasing, making them an indispensable data source in all outdoor scenarios. At present, the working environment of mobile robots is mainly indoor, so AMCL is mainly used to solve the problem of indoor positioning.
